Will this case fit the c-pen and it's cords?

Works great, I carry it in my backpack for work and travel. It protects my scanning pen very well!

Does this have an inside mesh pocket to secure the Blue-tooth dongle?

Yes. The pocket is half the length of the case. The pocket will not securely hold the dongle, it will easily slide out of the pocket. I keep the dongle in the tiny zip lock bag it was originally packaged in and then put the whole thing in the mesh pocket. It doesn't slide out that way.

Does it work with apple products?

If the item is smaller than item Dimensions LxWxH 5.98 x 2.99 x 2.01 inches, it works for anything you would like to use the case for.

is this compatible with MacBook Air?

It’s just the case. You have to buy the scanner separately.
