Good value and sharpen to a keen edge
I have 2 different versions of these Senbon knives. Both work very well for me. They came sharp and sharpen easily to a nice keen edge. They are compact enough when folded to be used in mobile situations. I use them for my camping "kitchen" to cook and prep. Opened they look, handle, and perform like a nice larger knife than their size represents. Best of both worlds for me. Price is right too.

Very nice,!
Sharp from the box and plenty large enough for kitchen use. Solid liner lock and very tight all around. I don't think the scales are real olivewood but np the plastic will hold up better. I got it this morning and prepped my evening meal with it. Very sharp and the blocky handle gave me good purchase.I like this knife a lot. No disappointment here.

very well made, just not made for left handers.
Quality is good for the price, no blade wiggle and it is sharp and smooth. I am not a fan of thumb studs that are not reversible or removable. I am left handed and this just gets in my way and is uncomfortable to even attempt to use. If you are right handed and need a good foldable thin sharp prep knife this may be a good option for you.
