Please don׳t waste your money on that product. I don't have a constipation problem, just wanted a little more 'efficiency'. It did nothing - there was no change whatsoever ! Even 4 caps. taken at dinner did nothing, even though I am not constipated. Before this I used Colon detox and cleanser by bioSchwartz - it was a nice mild softener. This is the one I will probably use again.

I'd never taken a cleansing/detox product prior to this one, but I think I have already found my favorite! I take two pills with a bottle of water each night as directed and it keeps me very regular and full of energy, even after those days where I indulge a little too much. I also find myself sleeping much better at night. I was a little concerned about the amount of gassiness it caused in the first week or so of taking it, but that eventually subsided. Other than that, I haven't noticed any negative side effects. However, I am curious to know how my body will react once I stop taking the pill. But until then, I certainly recommend this product!

This definitely works as a detox to clean our your system, but it's not overwhelming if you know what I mean. I take two pills at night and its begun to make me regular the same time every morning which I've never had before.

I have a feeling that these reviews are loaded. They sound manufactured. I should have followed my instincts.I've done other cleanses, including cleansing tea, in the past at a lower price with much better results. I'm taking as directed. In three weeks I have noticed absolutely no change in my system. Zero change other than lucid, weird dreams the first weekUse Metamucil instead.
