This a fashionable, true orthotic shoe. Easy on and supportive!
These shoes are comfortable. They are true to size. My foot does not shift around in the shoe. It is better to wear with thinner socks. This is a true orthotic footbed and supportive shoe overall. I can feel the difference in my legs, knees, feet and hips as they ache less and feel aligned. The sole is sturdy and non-slip. It is made of high-quality material, cloth outer shell with a comfortable footbed. I consider this shoe to be heavier than an aerobic tennis shoe. It still feels comfortable. I purchased size 9 in beige. There are not too light-colored to wear with gold-colored jeans. I think they are worth $45-50 USD easily, and more if you have a low arch and aching legs, knees or hips. You will like them!

Amazing comfort, extreme value!
Lovely shoe! Only 4 weeks left out from a total knee replacement and I love these shoes more than my expensive Hoka’s! I am now looking for a new pair for work. I tried with just the insoles the shoes came with and they were nice but a bit loose. I then put the extra insoles in and WOW. So comfortable! I wore them all day on a visit to a racetrack. Tons of walking My feet were happy.

Very comfortable shoe
I have a hammer toe and my regular Dansko clogs were starting to painfully rub on it. I wanted more of an outdoor slipper but instead found these OrthoComfoot shoes. I purchased the (light) blue ones in size 9-10 as I were a size 9 shoe. I have to say, they are very comfortable shoes and even came with an extra pair of orthotic insoles. They're very well balanced and sturdy to walk in and well made. So that is a plus. They are rather plain looking and the top "tongue" of the shoe hits my the bridge of my foot but I have high arches. Its not completely uncomfortable but having an elastic type give to that area would alleviate that issue since the fabric of the shoe is a little stiff. The biggest issue I have is these shoes are wide because of the generous toe box. I have narrow feet so my feet tend to slide around in them both due to the width and the larger size of the shoe. Having had to order a 9-10, I feel that these shoes are more a 9 1/2 maybe so they are a little big on my foot. If you have narrow feet, you may wish to size down. Over all, I am very happy with the comfort of the shoe. The generous toe box is wonderful for my hammer toe and doesn't run on it which is a huge plus.

Large - Don't Size Up - Basically does the trick.
I needed something fast for my Plantar Fasciitis flare up. Couldn't walk. I have a very high arch and needed heel support as well. First, I couldn't decide between an 8.5 and 9 - the 9 felt better initially (note that Amazon suggested an 8.5 and they were right). They stretch out IMMEDIATELY! The 9's were too big on day 2. I have to wear a sock with them. That said, if you have a bunion issue, you may like the extra width in this shoe. My feet were so painful I had to purchase heel cups and wear compression socks with these shoes to get any relief. So basically I've been wearing them all summer - so yes they did the trick, with extra modifications. They will work well in the winter as slippers with a big sock. I cannot go out and walk around in them though - too floppy. I use my sneakers with the heel cup. I work at home and sit in front of a computer all day - so these are on my feet all day and do give relief. Because of that, my ratings are in them middle. They are also. not as ugly as you might think for an orthopedic shoe. The darker colors look better.

I really like these, great arch support
I got these in a size larger because I wasn’t sure of the reviews. I probably didn’t need to do that as they are very roomy, but I only wear these as loafers around the home so I don’t mind that they’re big on me. Better big than small. I will say that these have phenomenal arch support, when I slip them on it almost feels like a stretch on my arch muscles and I really do like it. I bought these post surgery for a ruptured Lisfranc ligament and I also have plantar fasciitis in both feet. There could be a chance that these do force my feet to roll out because of the high arch, which structurally may not be that great, but these were our godson for me for recovery and when I see them, I get excited to slip them on. I will warn their better as how shoes because they don’t breathe very well so they can get a little bit ripe if you know what I mean. But they do come with two different inserts so when they start to get that way, you can switch out a fresh pair. When I outwear these, I’ll definitely order some more. I think they’re perfect house shoes, and you can run errands in them cause they have solid souls

Good foot support
Comfortable slipper with good arch support. I have narrow feet so they are too wide for me. I added an air foam insole and it solved the problem. Definitely helps if you have plantar fasciitis.

Wide fit
These seem to be a good quality shoe. Comfortable with a decent sole. On me they fit on the large side and were quite wide. Unfortunately had to return but only because these weren’t the right fit for me.

Great shoes!
Wonderful feeling shoes--perfect for long walks with the dog. Tend to fit a little on the large size--so order accordingly!

Ortho shoes
The quality of these shoes is great but they are not as comfy as Birkenstocks and the distribution of the insoles hurts my feet. I still wear them because I like the look but they’ll definitely never be warn to walk around a mall or long distance of any sort.
