This easel is made of Light weight material, was easy to use, stable and sturdy when assembled. PERFECT for the job it had to do for me....that was to hold a tri-fold poster during my brother's burial service. The extension at the top was set up for use with a camera which I didn't need, but because of the wind this day, The handy edge clip held the top of the posterboard. Mission accomplished. I now have plans to use it for my camera for some group pictures. Excellent value for my money. As you will note in the picture, it provided for an attractive display (Note: I blurred all the pictures for reasons of privacy.)

Slightly lighter weight than I expected but still robust enough for a stretched canvas or backing board. I would probably use it more on a table top although it can be used free-standing (but is a little light weight for extended free standing use)
