This extremely lightweight outdoor sandal with a particularly supple sole comes with a stylish plateau look as well as adjustable cushioned hook-and-loop straps on the forefoot, the instep and the heel area. The removable ACTIVE-SUPENSION anatomical footbed is cushioned and eliminates shocks from the impact of walking. Maximum heel protection is achieved by the SHOCK ABSORBER. The outsole, with its advanced multifunctional GRIP PROFILE, is highly resistant to abrasion and guarantees maximum grip on uneven or wet surfaces. The SOFT FEEL padding prevents pinching and rubbing at the instep and below the ankle. The soft textile lining provides for a perfect fit around the instep and heel.

Got these in several colors even though they are expensive because they are so comfortable.

Misleading numbering
Mephisto doesn't offer half sizes. I am a true 9.5. In the description Mephisto noted that this sandal would fit any female with 9 or 10 in shoe sizes. It was a very small 9 I got.

Great shoe!
I received the leather version this time, fabric version last time. I wish they would specify which, but they don’t.

Nice sandals, comfy and sporty.
These are very nice to walk the park or even a light trail with a sock. They feel cushioned, much like a sneaker. I love the adjustable straps, great when you need open toe. Love them. Will try this brand again.

Fits like a glove for tired sore feet!
Absolutely did not disappoint. They are sharp looking and very supportive especially for someone like me who has worn orthotics for years. Mephisto in general is q great brand. Yes you pay a few more bucks for them but they will last!

supportive and comfy
Buy a size up from your usual size and you will be rewarded with amazingly comfortable and supportive sandals. I originally bought a size 9 (39) but they were a touch too short. The next size up was a size 12 (42). I was worried that they were too long but I unexpectedly had to run in them to catch a train and wow! I could run! I never run but these kept my ankles straight and gave me a nice bounce.
