It fitted well but it didn’t quite touch over my bust and flapped open when I moved. So I just sewed on a couple of ribbons so I could keep it loosely tied. If I was getting it again, I’d go up a size. Also, I found the headband a bit tight but that’s probably because I have a huge head! As a size 18, you might want to order the biggest size you can, just so that it hangs loosely and is long enough for you - I used the size chart which is why I got the M. Hope this helps - it’s a really good costume, especially the ear-rings, they’re lovely 😊 **Q: What size chest is the medium** A: I’m 34DD and got the medium. It fitted well but kept flapping open when I moved. I sewed a couple of ribbons on so I could keep it loosely tied and it was fine. **Q: is size UK12 a medium or large in this?** A: I’m normally between 10 and 12, so I got a medium size.
