I am a size 12 but because of surgery I had on my left leg, I had to have most of the bone removed and replaced with metal. I was left with a lymphoma in that thigh and the extreme swelling that never subsides, I am unable to wear any type of pants at all...this is very frustrating as I am a jeans and slacks lady. I also came down with MRSA in that leg and am unable to walk without a roller. I ordered at size 2X and it is a perfect fit. I was afraid the top of the dress would be too big because of these issues but there are no problems with the fit at all and I am very pleased.
