This little saw is amazing! I have used for more than a year cutting up to 6” diameter branches. It is powerful, and lightweight. It comes with 2 batteries and an extra chain. Each battery cuts for a long time, although I haven’t formally measured the amount of time. The hard plastic storage case keeps the saw and accessories easy to carry. It has an automatic chain oil feature. The only care l have taken is to keep the chain tight, and clean out oily sawdust of the gears.

Just Received my Mini Chainsaw and it's a Must have for all outdoors people. Great compact saw and has a lot of power. Not sure how long the battery will last but with 2 batteries I don't suspect that you will run out without getting the job done.Some great features of this saw are:- comes with everything including Gloves, all you need is chain oil.- 2 batteries and charger so you can get the job done , big or small- has oiler so chain and bar don't wear.- comes with extra chain and adjustment screwdriver- has compact carry case that is very durable, perfect for skidoo, atv or utv- has safety chain guard, and also has a safety trigger button that you must push to activate trigger- 6' bar for cutting larger limbs, trees.- charge time is only 2hrs and has charging lights to let you know when done(red charging /green done)Overall this is a great saw for beginners or anyone trimming trees in their yard. The chain is a little tricky getting on, but if you have it in the bar guides before putting on bar it make's it easier to install. The manual shows you how to put the chain on and some helpful maintenance tricks. Very pleased with this saw and will post a video trimming my woods trail on skidoo later just to show how good it works!

I have purchased 3 of these Prodcyc mini chainsaws this spring. I got them because they have a manual chain bar oiler which most other brands do not have. I had two of them come with defective chargers, and one had a defective chain bar. They work very well and we have given them a pretty good work out in our woods. I was unable to find where to reach customer service so I gave them a 1 rating. Customer service then quickly contacted me and offered to make things right. I just received 2 chargers (that work), two chain guide bars, and 2 chains from Prodcyc (That I didn't even ask for), so now I am a happy camper! So Thank You Tan Amanda in customer service for making things better than right! So I have changed my rating from 1 to a 5. I would say that the Prodcyc is unique in that it has a finger operated chain bar oiler. The other brands require you to manually oil both sides of the bar every few cuts. The Prodcyc just requires a pump with your thumb, every few cuts, much nicer!

I initially was not impressed with this product, however after working with the seller and being provided a new saw to test, I have changed my mind. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star review is that it is a bit inconvenient to have to keep applying the bar oil. If the company ever makes a product that has a bar oil reservoir I will definitely be making another purchase. The saw works great on wood up to 6 inches in diameter, and blasts through anything smaller than that size. The product is perfect for yard clean up, or if you are like us and do a lot of ATV activities, its compact size is perfect to bring on your bike to clear any unexpected blockages to your trail, or even to just keep your regular trails clear and tidy. The companies customer service is second to none and I have never work with people who have so much faith and confidence in their product.

The 1 star is solely based on HOW it arrived. I opened the box to find a case without any type of seal or wrapping. When the case was opened everything was spread all over the case loose. Both my husband and I attempted to put everything back into the case in the slots for secure storage. Absolutely no way does the case provided fit this saw or assessories!! No matter how we try nothing and I mean NOTHING, not on single thing.... Not the batteries, not the charger and especially not the saw fit securely in the case provided....Also the manual says it comes with a chain holder. There is no chain holder either. The extra chain comes in a sealed package. Once open it doesn't reseal so that isn't a "chain holder".Now... Based on this, we are concerned what will we find when the battery is charged and we actually use the saw!We will see... So far not impressed with the professionalism of the company or quality so far...Will update once we use the saw tomorrow....Thank goodness the saw performed better then it packs in the case!For a little saw it works really good! Cuts through fast and easy to handle! I was able to use it even though I have arthritis and neck issues...I give the saw 5 stars. Only 1 star for the way it doesn't fit in the case!!
