Oh WOW! This is my second time buying this massager. Won my last one and was so impressed by the powerful design of this model. It allows you to really focus on a specific pain area of your body and for as long as you want to. I use this massager to help me with pain relief in my hands and feet also. Also great for massaging your calves.

Tengo problemas de cuello y me provoca migraña y este masajeado me ayudó! Después de darme masaje en el cuello lo siento súper liviano y se me han quitado los dolores. También en la espalda da un gran masaje. Solo recuerda que es masaje shiatsu entonces es un poco rudo, no es de esos masajes que en realidad solo te soban

EDIT: New version is so much better than the old ones! _____ I was gifted this massager and it changed my life. It is so powerful compared to "Amazon's favorite" cheaper versions and really helped my neck/back/shoulder pain! Problem is, my first one was used multiple times a week--maybe it was overuse that caused the wire to break off from the unit, but some things were rattling inside long before then, despite it being fully functional until the wire broke. I tried replacing my first with a cheaper one from a different brand and that cheap one was so weak in comparison, plus the massage part was right on the zipper, which made no sense. I ended up returning that one and splurging on a second of this Homedics one, and I'm pleased to see it now uses a normal, thick power cord as compared to the thin wire power cord it used before. Hopefully now it will last longer than a couple years unlike the first! If you are considering this for your background, get it, but be prepared for possibly needing to replace it within a year or two--pricey but brings so much relief. PS--to the people who have skin rubbed raw from this, the same thing happened to me a couple times. Both times I used it on bare skin for a bad knot, and I learned you need material like a shirt between you and the massager. Focusing on one spot for too long with bare skin will rub you raw, so wear a shirt and move it around more and you'll be fine. For some, the strength may take getting used to but I have come to love it! Better than it being weak like cheap brands.

This little baby is worth every penny I bought an "open box" and saved $20 but I would pay full price if that wasn't available. My left hip flexor muscle recently threw a hissy fit and put me in major pain. This has been a godsend in loosening those tight muscles in my hip and lower back. I'd be in really tough shape if not for this unit. I'm not out of the woods yet but this is giving me major relief during my ordeal. I've been using it up and down my back and on my neck too. The shiatsu massage is intense and wonderful. I usually put it on medium. The heat is only warm, but pleasant. TBH, this muscle massage doesn't need the heat. My one negative is that it's heavier and more cumbersome than I anticipated but I don't think it would be as effective otherwise. I'm disabled so it's a struggle but it's definitely worth the effort. I highly recommend this unit. Give it a try if you have neck and/or back issues.

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain from working at a computer all day and this massager has been really helpful. It’s easy to use, and by moving your hands slightly you can change the position of the rollers and cover more area. I even use it for my back like a message pillow and it works well. The only thing that could be better is the heater. It takes a while for it to warm up and even then I wish it would be warmer.
