I've been advised by the doctor to take extra magnesium by calcium and these tablets provide those minerals in an optimal dose, along with other things that helps such as selenium and vitamin d. I'm pleased with the price compared to the competing products, and the fact that they are vegan. I hope their prices stay competitive.

Good value and seem to be of excellence quality. Quite big but easy to swallow. Can be broken in half if needs be. Would buy again

These calcium and magnesium tablets have some phosphorus in them which I wanted and they re really great value but they are big and could be difficult to swallow for some people.

Since taking these tablets I have seen an increase in my calcium levels (according to my app) so they clearly work. They are quite large tablets, so just break them in half. I’m a happy customer.

I didn’t have any trouble swallowing these but if you struggle with that sort of thing then you might. Happy with my purchase

Someone posted in questions about the fact that the ingredients list was not easy for them to view. What I find far more concerning is the hidden NRV per dosage chart. I bought them without having seen that in advance, mainly trusting the high rating and positive reviews. Lesson learned: One gets what one pays for. Needless to say, I am rather dismayed by the fact that 2 incredibly MASSIVE (difficult to swallow, often disintegrating in-mouth before it all goes down) tablets containing only 50% of the NRV for calcium & magnesium––especially when they product has been advertised -as- calcium and magnesium. I already take a perfectly good D3 supplement, so the fact that these contain a higher value of "D" (which I assume to be D2, a they don't specify which type of D) than anything else seems terribly misleading. Had the ones I had been taking before not been discontinued, I would never have given these a go.
