I just love these cups! My husband and I both like these. I am the red, he is the blue. We drink a lot of coffee. Keeps our drinks hot and cup feels good in hand. I really like the people I purchased from. Their emails are from real people and they care about their product and service. Thank you so much, definitely will be doing more business with them!

The idea of an eco friendly cup is great. This cup was a disappointment to me. It doesn't hold heat. It doesn't make a claim to. That's not a huge deal. The spout is different, but one could easily adapt to that. The cup is attractive once cleaned up. Mine arrived dusty for one reason or another.The cup is in my opinion flawed. The gasket and threads don't create a seal that holds back the liquid in the cup. The first occurrence of leakage, I believed to be user error. I removed the lid, set in place and tried again. The other lid functioned the same. I just ended up with more coffee on my person. I may have received a defective cup, but I still can't recommend it to friends or family.I suppose I will test how biodegradable it is in the garden.

The seal for the lid is garbage and it continually leaks. I've tried to make it work, but I don't think it's ever going to. The cup and lid feel very brittle. I haven't dropped it, but I feel if I did the entire thing would shatter.

The first time I used the cup the sealing ring just would not stay seated. After several tries the ring just falls into the beverage and so the cup does leak. It appears that the idea of the sealing ring was an after thought in the cup design. It still serves as an oversized slightly leaky adult sippy cup, however.

I love this cup. It doesn't leak, and it cleans easily. I want a few more for my family of coffee drinkers. It keeps things warm. Perfect size. I love it

I bought these for our camper this summer to come. We already have the 4 piece dinner sets and love the quality and the fact that they are bamboo. I was impressed with how sturdy these cups are- especially the lids- super heavy duty- I don't know how they do it- because these cups are sturdier than any other on the market. I'm giving it 4 stars for now until we use them more- one flaw I see is there are rubber gaskets that are suppose to fit in the lids underneath and keep them from leaking. We tested them right away and if you don't get the lid on just right with the gasket- they leak! If you lose the rubber gasket- they will leak. Also- it's been my experience these gaskets get moldy if not cleaned properly. I wish they could have found a way to make the lids better from leaking than a gasket you could easily misplace or lose. I will update this review wen you have a chance to really test them out.

I love this coffee cup, actually have 2 of them. Just make sure that the lid's seal is in properly and the lid is on tight.

My coffee mug arrived sooner than promised and was even bigger than I expected and it's biodegradable to boot!

The cup arrived quickly and in apppearance looked great. However when it came to using it, due to a manufacturing fault there was a small gap between the lid and the cup which resulted in hot tea spilling out the side when tipped up to drink.Needless to say I returned it and was given a full refund.
