Poor quality
Damaged after 4 months of usage, smart lock is dead like no batteries inside, despite I try 3 different set of new batteries!!

I have 4 of these lockets on my properties and have installed many more for my customers. Quality locket with many uses. I had one break and Yamiry replaced the lock within 3 days. Best customer service ever.

Excelente Servicio en atención al cliente
La cerradura es genial! Funciona perfecto pero ojo depende en donde vivas si hace mucho frío probablemente te pase que se congele y pare de funcionar por un buen rato! Por eso asegúrate de tener la llave tradicional en tu llavero porque va a ser la única forma de abrirla, también puede pasar en el calor, la tengo desde hace más de un año y solo me paso una vez en el frío y otra en el calor! Después de todo este tiempo utilizandola el sensor de la huella dactilar de un momento a otro dejo de funcionar. Le escribí a servicio técnico con la esperanza de que me vendieran el sensor y como no se vende por separado, ellos aun y cuando mi garantía había expirado me enviaron una completamente nueva dos días después de contactarlos! Muy agradecido con ellos por el gesto 👏🏻

Great Finger Print Lock
I got mine and some of the parts are not working and i contacted amazon and they sent me a replacement two days after. The lock is solid, heavy and very easy to instal, the lock it uses four AA battery and i can control the lock from the app. The only thing i don't like is that the top part of this lock is not too sturdy and it will move because there is no screw to tightened the lock. Other than that the lock working just fine for me and i like it a lot. THANKS

I am a customer for life!
I have used this smart lock for over a year now. Setting it up was very easy and I love the fact that there are multiple ways to unlock. We mainly use the fingerprint method, but we have used the key card and key as well when the battery was low. I wanted to write a review because after one year of use, sometimes the unlock mechanism will not work on the first try. When I reached out to Yamiry support they decided to send me a replacement. I am more than thrilled they did that. What makes a company great is how they handle customer service and support and Yamiry will now have a customer for life. Thank you so much!
