I enjoyed reading Trenton’s book. It offers practical advice on calming the mind from anxious thoughts. The book offers several techniques that can be applied in daily life. If you struggle with anxious thoughts and are looking for simple techniques to gain control of your life, then this book is for you.

Plus and Minus
As a person sometimes overwhelmed with anxiety I found this book quite helpful but the solutions offered are not easy to apply. Hopefully, with time and practice we can all learn to better manage our emotions and live better, happier lives.

As I am trying to stop overthinking things, writing a review is forcing me to put into practice and not over analyze this book. It’s pretty basic nothing outstanding and somewhat common sense ways to help overthinking minds slow down.

Living A Calmer Life
This is the second Nick Trenton book that I have read. I find the suggestions helpful and there are a lot of them. The summary at the back of the book is convenient for reviewing the chapters. I think the biggest takeaway from this book is that overthinking and anxiety in general can be dealt with in a way that leads to calm. And this book provides the tools to do so.

Very thankful
I purchased this book thinking it was going to be something that it was not. It is something ALOT more, I struggle with anxiety panic disorder ptsd, so forth so on. The guides the tool allowed me to read and understand while giving me the chance to also take notes (on paper) to help my brain to remember them and understand without having to keep looking up every other word, or how to pronounce them. Loved loved that. I could actually concentrate on the points you were giving me. Thank you so much for writing this book and giving me solutions to help me and my "problems". I have used these tool out in public as well. Telling ppl in random and no purpose just bc you don't know what someone is going thru, maybe sharing to others what you have taught me they just mite need some help as well. This still allows me to heal while taking my mind off me by giving your wisdom to someone else. Thank u so much my friend. Thank you so much.

A beautiful book which teaches you some great techniques to train yourself of having a stoic mindset. However, it's important to understand reading and implementing these is a long journey. A great introduction specially for someone who ends up in the rumination spiral.

Great book! It is exactly what I was looking for with not only the theory but also a lot of practical exercises that I added to my routine right away. It's been only a few week but I already feel like I'm taking my life back from anxiety and overthinking.
