I love the fact that they are 100 calories and all natural. The box I purchased contained multiple flavors: cherry & plum, cranberry & acai, coconut & banana, and blueberry & sunflower. The bars are soft, unlike the hard oatmeal or power bars you get at the supermarket, and they're smaller too. I'm good with the size, after all, they are a snack, not intended for a meal, and they are on the heavy side, so I was quite satisfied with one. They are compliant with the Arbonne 30 Program and Anti-Inflammatory diets. They have only 5 grams of sugar, so if you like the grocery store power bars, these aren't for you. They are high quality, healthy snacks without the artificial ingredients and sugar. I know there are a lot of Moms out there looking for easy, healthy snacks for themselves and their kids.
