Got this pill because I was waking up at 3am every night and couldn’t sleep again. Have had it for four nights— while I still wake up around 3 I am able to go right back to sleep. The only other thing that has worked for me is estrogen and progesterone but I got tired of taking that every day. So yeah, loving this so far!

I saw this product on TikTok, and I have never bought any product off TikTok but this was recommended by a pharmacist that I follow. I suggest taking one tablet especially if you struggle with waking up in the morning. I decided to experiment the night before my day off, and I slept in until 9:30 am! I felt relaxed before falling asleep, and during the night I was able to stay asleep. The pills are a bit large, but they're solid so you can split them if you want. This is non habit forming. I take one tablet one to two times a week, and my overall mood has changed. I feel calmer and more rested.

This supplement was recommended to me 6 years ago by a naturopath. I was on a regimen of supplements, whatever weight I had gained was dropping and I was feeling good. Fast forward to 3.5 years of grad school, working at a recording studio that was open all hours of the day and night, with a schedule that shifted weekly if not daily and now having a job with steady hours but having a horrible time sleeping. I reordered these after going through my medicine cabinet and finding the old bottle. I did a saliva test away back when and remember that, at that point in my life, my cortisol levels would spike around 7 PM, which is when I would like I was getting a second wind. This was great for grad school. Not so much now. I’m 4 nights in on this. The first night, I took two capsules due to some lingering stressful events at work. Didn’t quite sleep through the night and felt a little groggy the next morning. By 8 PM the second night, I was already tired and ready for bed. Took one pill, went to sleep at a reasonable time and slept the whole night. Last night, fell asleep around 9:30 and slept soundly until 6:15 AM. This stuff is proving to be a miracle for me. I never thought I was ever going to sleep well without pharmaceuticals again. Lorazepam was the only thing that would work, but I didn’t want to become dependent on it, so I stopped it several years ago. The last two days at work, I’ve had more energy than I’ve had in months, have been focused, productive and simultaneously calm. My anxiety is getting less and less and I’m starting to feel like my old self again. Can’t wait to see what a few months of taking this will do. I even called the boyfriend at work today and told him what I was in the mood to do after work... I haven’t been that relaxed and anxiety free in years. Miracle cure. Seriously. If cortisol is your issue, these will work. Just be cautious of drug interactions and/or allergies. One small note-I do sometimes have a small headache in the morning after these. Hydration and a little caffeine and I’m good to go. Worth it to be able to sleep.

I’m a combat vet and I think I’ve had high cortisol and everything that goes with that for decades. First week of taking this supplement and I’ve had a bit of a headache at night, but better sleep, more calm during the day, and I’ve had some relief of my joint and tendon pain. Hoping to lose some of my gut and lower my blood pressure over the coming months.

This product really works. It helped me balance my stress hormones and now I have more energy and I feel much better.

Unfortunately, I would give this zero stars if I could. Although I’ve read a ton of reviews saying this product is great, & many people love the benefits, this product is NOT for me. I’m not the type to take any type of “hormone therapy “ supplements, but I was excited to think that this could lower my cortisol, help with stress, & hence lower my belly fat lol !! Folks - this is not a magic pill. I’m a very high energy, natural individual, & this product actually gave me the opposite results of what I wanted…. It made me a bit “draggy” which I guess is supposed to be the “relaxed “ part, & actually gave me more sugar cravings & had an opposite effect on my hunger, no thanks lol , & made me constipated TMI, delayed my menstrual cycle , not cool at all. I also started having nightmares in a very heavy sleep state. Vivid dreams are fine, but nightmares & stress dreams are not ok. This product has many more side effects than people realize. You are manually adjusting this hormone. This is not natural. Listen to your body. I threw it in the trash after about 3 weeks use. No thanks. Waste of money. I will meditate, work on my sleep, nutrition, etc. This was not for me.

This product was supposed to help me with reducing my hot flashes in conjunction with another product. Prior to using the two products, I averaged 7 hot flashes a day. After two weeks on the two products, I averaged 8.57 hot flash episodes a day; and after four weeks (third and fourth weeks combined) on the two products, I averaged 7.78. I experienced two days at 10 hot flashes a day. My hot flashes were not reduced taking this product (did not reduce below 7 hot flashes a day). This product did help me sleep slightly, but I was also using melatonin gummies and Tylenol PM, so I can not give credit to this product exclusively. I suffered no adverse reactions on this product.

I’ve tried many things to help me sleep due to menopause and this worked from the first dose! I have not noticed any weight loss but just being able to sleep is amazing! It’s a little pricey but since I haven’t slept in 2 years it’s worth it!! Pills are big.
