These bands are to be worn on the watch and should be on your wrist. I would not chew on them for any reason. They aren't meant to be chewed on. Please don't do that. I do not know if they have bpa, phthalates and parabens in them. Be safe!

I have the 45mm Apple 7. Is there size small length?. I ordered a pack and the band was too long.

Yes it is small enough. Per the Apple measurements I was a size 4-5 and these bands are perfect. There is plenty of room to go either way. The excess gets tucked in and I can’t even tell it’s there
