Works great and quickly!
I have always had leg circulation issues, which cause lower leg cramps. I've just always had to deal with it growing up. I am in my 50s now and I am diabetic. The cramps have gotten worse and more frequent. I have tried all kinds of home remedies including pickle juice and supplements but nothing has ever worked as good or as quickly as magnesium foam. I have a friend in health care field who recommended it and it has been a game changer for me. It works within 1-2 minutes. Sometimes even quicker. I use the foam. It absorbs quickly without leaving a residue. I highly recommend if you deal with muscle cramping.

Works fast and incredibly well
Gotta love it when a safe, inexpensive, over the counter product works so well at solving a stubborn, intrusive problem like middle-of-the-night agonizing cramps. I started using this when my legs cramped in the middle of the night and was so amazed at how quickly it worked. Then, I decided to use it every night before bed, and no more cramps. Just hope they never stop making it. I went from waking up almost every night to never, ever getting nocturnal leg cramps.
