You can get small concrete screw at your local hardware store. It would be the same process to install after you have the correct anchor screws and they are fairly cheap. **Q: Will Speedplay pedals work with these brackets?** A: I don't see any reason why speed play would not work. The slot is just large enough for the stem to slide through, so any pedal wider than 3/4" should hold **Q: Are there no instructions included?** A: Mine came with instructions, but they weren't very helpful. I am very happy with the product after I installed it. **Q: does it come with padding for the pedals** A: No it does not come with padding. It is also sturdier than I thought. I also bought a different one that had narrower mounting holes which would be better for a single 2x4 stud mount. This one got mounted to concrete block with hit pins and is super solid. Like others have noted, I would NOT recomend the supplied hardware but go to HD, Lowes, etc., and get stronger screws and or wall anchors like decking sctews and sheetrock anchors that will actually brace from the back of the wall when thightened. ONE THING YOU SHOULD DO THAT IS NOT IN THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! When mounting the tire supports, 1st inflate your tires to acount for that height change. ALSO mount the wheel supports at an angle, like 30°.
