Q: Did anyone else's rug come infested with bugs? And also, what kind of bugs are they?

Omg! No. That’s horrible. How did you know they were bugs? You could see it or from bites?

Q: I just took mine out of the packaging and it's super flat. Do I need to do anything to fluff it up or will it fluff up in time?

I ordered the 3x5 and it’s beautiful! So I ordered the 2x3 I got it yesterday and it’s not the same rug. It’s flat and doesn’t shine like the big one. I’m probably going to send it back

You can use a tape measurer to measure the area you’re putting the rug then you’ll know

Idk how a soft backing can hurt a floor anyway. It looks and feels soft & smooth.
