Excellent lip balm for your v & v!
An excellent moisturizer for inside & out! Very safe & healthy, organic ingredients! Won’t affect pH. Great price & value (compared to others, & since after the first few you can probably use every 2-3 days, & maybe only a half dose). If I miss a few days, I start to have discomfort which is immediately relieved when I use one, so I know it’s still helping me!. Useful for those taking medicines which cause dry mucous membranes (side effect is often listed simply as “dry mouth”), hormonal birth control, hormone blockers or hormone therapy, and during breastfeeding, peri- & post-menopause, & chemotherapy; for those with diseases causing tissue dryness / fragility eg Sjogren’s & Ehlers Danlos Syndrome; and maybe for other mild irritations (but please see a Dr for infections or other medical problems!). For me, 1/2 of an insert every 2-3 days, alternated with 1/2 tube of Ah! Yes/Yes Yes VM (aloe-based moisturizer) works best for me to replenish both oils & liquids to my parched tissues; many women may only need either one. Works great as a lubricant, esp combined with a water based one (but will damage latex condoms/toys). I suggest Ah! Yes; order directly from the co (“Ah! Yes” in US or “Yes Yes” in UK) to save $ in bulk. The Ah! Yes water based & oil based (AKA “double glide”) lubricants can replace a day of each type of moisturizer.

One of the best I’ve tried.
These are really good. The moisturize for days. I haven’t had any issues and I’m very sensitive. Helps with irritation. The price is kind of expensive but it lasts so you don’t use them up too fast

Finally!
I don't leave reviews, but someone may need to hear this! I have a history of endometriosis, pelvic adhesive disease and cystic ovaries. My first baby was IVF, my second came 15 months after my first and then doc told me I couldn't have anymore and my pain was so bad that I decided to have a complete hysterectomy at 30 years old. I have struggled with the hormone patches and finally gave up on them. But I have had no desire for sex since. And when I do, it's so painful I end up crying and there's usually blood. I had gotten to the point where the muscles were atrophied. I tried the KY inserts but they were greasy and came out within 30 minutes. It's no fun to have to plan around putting the insert in and waiting 30 minutes and doing the deed. These last for me about 5 days! And the pain has lessened drastically. It's not completely gone, but it gets better all the time as I build the muscle back up.Anyway TMI, but hubs is happy and even though I don't have the drive, I can withstand it and even enjoy it again. So highly recommend!

Multi-purpose little gem!
Well it's a subject nobody really likes to discuss but with menopause comes extreme dryness. I have dryness everywhere in my eyes, my nose, my mouth, my skin and now -yes- there too! I like that you can put these in just before having sex. They work very well. Another brand I tried was used over night and you always needed to wear a pad cuz they leaked like mad. The only problem I found was when they arrived there were really super soft you couldn't even get them out of the packaging in one piece. In fairness it's summertime and I live in Florida. But even leaving them in the bathroom left them too soft to use with the insert. So I store them in the refrigerator and They work much better now. (As a side note if you have troubles with dry difficult BM's you can use one to help with those too.)

These saved my sex life!!
I don't write too many reviews, but HAD to for this one, and for other women suffering with dryness from menopause and painful sex... A quick fix would be estrogen, but unfortunately I smoke cigarettes (TRYING to quit!!), so with the stroke and blood clot risk being upwards of 50%, I had to look for other options. Carlson Key-E (or something like that) suppositories from Amazon are also great, and I used them for a long time, but THESE!!!!! No pain. I mean none. Lasts for a long time. I read other reviews before buying and you MUST keep these refrigerated and use immediately after taking out, and lay down with a pillow under your arse for a half hour. They completely absorb! No pantiliner needed! Other ones just gush out when I get up. I can't say enough about this product. Oh! One thing.. the taste. lol.. not BAD, but not great.
