Water proof as in snow/light rain yes. Water proof as in washing machine or down pour no.

What’s the difference between size 4 and size 4T? Is one bigger than the other one since the price changes? Thanks!

For toddler is the smaller size and follows two toddler three toddler four toddler. After the toddler sizes begin the regular sizes four five six. So four toddler is a smaller size.

Does it fit true to size?

We decided to go up a size from 4T because it barely. He wears 4T in all other clothes and even some 3T pants. So i would say, for a coat, that it runs a teeny bit small.
