its feels premium and heat up really fast no need to wait..

item arrived in a good condition but after reading the manual and following exactly what it says, it didn't work properly! iron is dripping like its raining, steam is not coming out and light indicator is not showing if its working or no ! over all experience is 0 as i know Philips produces better quality and this looked expensive but its not working at all !

I recently purchased it, and I must express my disappointment as it stopped working after just a month of use. I find it unacceptable given the short duration since my purchase. I received the box not sealed and when i try to use the iron I found out that it's leaking and the steam is very weak not like what they advertised
