I've had my battery when I received my scooter in Feb. 2022. It wasn't charging all the way about a month ago. Then it stop charging and I freak out. So I figure it would be harder for me to buy a new one on Amazon, because sometimes I need help. But I chose this charger. I was surprised it was affordable and it was way smaller than my original charger. Which makes it easier on me, because of my weak grasping using my hands. It charges fast and has not given me any problems. I love it. I'm able to take my dogs out on a walk and not afraid I'll be stranded.

Defective Part
This is the third time I've had to replace this item. It's the luck of the draw, if you receive one that actually works. Three times I've has to send it back for a replacement. Ax soon as you plug it in, you'll know it's defective, because it'll light right up green, when it should be red, when the battery isn't charged. This is my last try. I won't purchase again if the replacement is faulty.

Doesn't charge - Green light always on
I purchased this a little over a year ago. I used it a few times only as a backup charger. Lately, I needed to use it after using my scooter for a couple of days, and it wasn't charging. The green light turns on as soon as I plug it to the outlet. When I connect the other end to the Go-Go scooter, it remains green. I noticed other buyers have reported the same problem. I disappointedly contacted the vendor for a solution. They crudely told me to buy a new one. That was utterly unacceptable. Following further exchanges, the vendor refunded me.
