Food Scale Stainless Steel Digital Scale-Kitchen Scale

I bought this because I bake a lot, and it's better to weigh dry ingredients than to depend on volume. So far, however, I haven't had an opportunity to use it for that. But, you know what I HAVE used it for, that I just love, is to weigh things before I put them in the microwave to defrost. I often freeze left overs and defrost them in the microwave, but I don't, unlike the supermarket, note the weight. Now that I have this great scale, I can put the frozen thing on it, get the weight, and set my microwave to the correct weight and not have to guess. I also break up larger packages of meat into servings for two, and again, don't have the weight. Now, I'm not having issues with foods partially cooking because I was guessing the weight. This scale is accurate, too. I know that because I have put something that has the weight marked on it, and it shows the same. It stores easily, too, because it's thin. I have mine stored vertically behind a small bowl in the cabinet and it takes up hardly any room at all. Very nice, I love it!

This comes in very handy in portioning out my obese cats food. It is accurate and easy to use. Glad I got it.

Scale is as depicted but i suspected its been used because the battery it came with was dead

Great economical scale. I purchased it for weighing fertilizer & chemicals at a garden center. Only downside is that it measures in pounds and ounces only.

Does exactly what it's suppose to do. Time's out a little too quickly and would be nice to be able to change unit of measurements but over all great product.

There is no option to change the units of measurements even though it claims you can do it. Trying to convert into grams is inaccurate and has affected my recipes. It will be fine if you only need to use ounces.

This product measures only in lbs and oz which is quite pointless for my personal use. It would have been pertinent if the company advertises it as such in product info session.
