Great for 3 nights, then I couldn't start it again; but GREAT customer service!
Update #3: This diffuser has persnickety control buttons. I thought the 1st one failed because I couldn't get it to restart after three nights of working just fine. I wrote to seller, and they sent me a free replacement. Now that I've learned how to operate these unusual controls, I decided to test the "old broken" one again. To my surprise, tonight it works fine! So maybe the 1st one wasn't broken... might have been a case of complex controls and user unfamiliarity! Or... will it work for a few nights and then fail again? I'll update with news.Update #2: Seller sent a new diffuser, and it works fine. Great customer service!Update #1: Seller has agreed to "send a new kit." I'll update again if we receive it and it works more than three nights! We were excited to try our very first essential oils diffuser at night in our bedroom. Lovely style, subtle pleasant light, nice! Three nights it worked. Then I replenished water/oil again as usual and tried to start it last night. Nada! It would not turn on! I've checked and rechecked. Unplugged and replugged. Nada!I sent an email to the manufacturer today, and a message to the seller. I'm hopeful someone will respond and repair/replace it!

Attractive + Functional - - - Great Purchase
•I purchased the 250ml size•Let’s start with how aesthetically pleasing this diffuser is: The faux wood bottom is done very nicely, and would blend easily into almost any home. The top has a beautiful white ceramic/stone feel.Moving onto ease of use: Filling this diffuser is very easy. It comes with a measuring cup so that you can easily pour the correct amount of water inside of it’s container. The stone/ceramic outer shell comes off with a slightly firm grip to loosen it from the silicone portion of the base, and is replaced after filling just as easily. It has four settings (Auto, 1hr, 3hr, & 5hr) that are controlled by a press of the power button to switch between the time you want to land on. The other button on the back is for lighting choice, and the colors are fun and fantastic - the brightness is not overwhelming, and shows through around the base of the ceramic/stone top.My previous diffuser was more on par with a humidifier as far as how much was put back into the air, so this soft stream caught me off guard at first. The VIVITEST definitely puts out the perfect amount of scent for the area it is in (living room), and is not loud about it. The sound is barely there, in fact I only noticed it for the first time today when every sound around me was off - including my kids ;)Another pleasant surprise is that the cord plugs into the bottom of the diffuser, making it easier to disguise the cord and arrange the set up how I’d like.I had a similar diffuser (with a similar brand name) in my cart for a while before deciding to purchase the VIVITEST, and I am very pleased with my decision. I just recommended this diffuser to a friend today, and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again.

Amazing when it worked - lasted 2.5 years
Beautiful diffuser and worked great for a couple years. Just died for no reason - won’t turn on but in perfect condition otherwise.

For cost it did not last.
Nice to start, quiet performance, threw a scent well. But lasted not even six months. Disappointing.

Nice…when it doesn’t break.
We’ve now had three of these with mixed success. When new, they work well and fill up a large room, however, they will randomly stop working after 6 months or less. Honestly, best bet is to just get the real thing and not this version. The costs adds up to where the value is lacking.
