A little painful for hair removal but it is a good product and it does the job perfectly

I was recently in hospital with sepsis and after being on antibiotics and many medications, I developed facial hair and did not want to shave especially after several people said the hair would go away eventual. Well after 2 months, it was still there and I was very embarrassed. I bought this based on the reviews. I was super surprised and happy with my purchased. It worked wonderfully and efficiently. It was easy to use and did a great job. Some felt it was noisy, I would disagree. Well worth the money.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are for. Yes, it hurts—but I am hoping it will hurt less over time, and that my hairs will grow back thinner. It really got all those pesky hairs above my lip!! As I get older, my facial hair seems to be growing more, not fun. I was worried from other comments that it wouldn’t work well, but boy oh boy, it was grabbing hair like crazy, and I had to work in small patches because it hurt! But the next day my skin felt so amazing and luxurious without all that stubble!! I did end up taking off some of my peach fuzz on my cheeks, and I don’t know of I’ll do that again. My cheeks have some itchy/itritated raised skin the next day, and I am worried about ingrown hairs. I used some ice to help afterwards, and I am exfoliating in hopes that will avoid ingrown hairs. But the skin above my lips and in between my eyebrows is great! I’m so happy with it, and hope as I keep using it, my skin will improve. It’s nice I don’t have to worry about stubble for several weeks!! Update: I love this tool even more than I did initially after using it for a couple weeks. I have started using it daily after I wash my face. That way, it takes less time and hurts less too because it’s only getting the hair that decides to grow through that day. I love that unlike shaving the hair, I don’t have to worry about all of the hair growing back all at once. I would dread having any kind of a shadow in that way. I just love how this tool makes my face feel smooth and clean and lovely! I use Clinique Moisture Surge after using this tool to help with any irritation. I don’t have really thick hair, and that might affect my results.

Pretty disappointed. I was excited after reading good reviews. It does not work, neither for peach nor coarse facial hair. Besides, there was a weird smell after one minute using it and the epillator head became pretty hot, so it seems to be defective. Oh, and it's pretty noisy.
