Product is good as per expectations. Recently i bought the agaro handheld massager likely 3 months have been passed and it is running very well .one day suddenly it stops working and I am confused what to do then i simply make a call to the customer care number given on the product badge within a week they replace my massager with a new one it's fabulous experience with AGARO . the most important thing every customer wants is after sale service which is available at agaro .Thank you agro team

I am disappointed with the after-sales service for the Agaro Relaxo massager. After using the product for about one year, it developed a fault. When I approached the service center for repair, I was informed that the required spare parts were not available and the product could not be repaired. Instead of repairing it, I was offered a scheme where I had to pay 40% of the product's price (receiving only 60% value for my old unit) to get a refurbished replacement. The refurbished product came with only a 15-day warranty, which is not satisfactory. The biggest concern is that the company does not keep essential spare parts available for repair. This forces customers to accept a refurbished replacement instead of getting their original product repaired. I expected better after-sales support and availability of spare parts. The current service policy is disappointing and does not provide good value to customers.
