The product I received is not the same as shown in the pictures and does not match the description. The description clearly states that the wire is durable and tangle-free, but what I received is the complete opposite. The wires are very thin, low quality, and get tangled easily, similar to weak electrical wires. This is misleading, and I am disappointed with the product quality.

It's not working

Foi uma decepção. Produto não é como especificado, diz que é controle remoto mais não é, diz que é USB mais não é. Para piorar a situação, veio com defeito, não funcionou. Não tive problemas com a devolução, foi muito fácil devolver, porém passei por esse transtorno, você fica esperando chegar e quando chega tá nessa situação, produto diferente do que foi comprado e com defeito.

The timer feature is super convenient, and it’s nice that it automatically turns off after 6 hours. I also appreciate the remote control, which lets me easily switch between modes and adjust the brightness from across the room. The fact that these lights are USB-powered makes them easy to use indoors and outdoors—no need to worry about finding an electrical socket. They’re also waterproof (just not the USB), so I feel confident using them outside during rainy or snowy days. The lights come on instantly once plugged in, and the 200 LED lights provide a nice, soft glow. The size is perfect for draping over a window or wall, and they’re sturdy enough to withstand the elements. My only small complaint is that the remote sometimes requires a bit of aiming at the USB, but that’s a minor issue. Overall, they add such a beautiful touch to my holiday decorations, and I’ve already gotten compliments from friends and family!

Nice ambiance. I would have given 5 stars except I couldn’t get the battery compartment to open. Seems to be non-functioning. Otherwise, the lights are fantastic! Update: the company replaced the remote. They were great to deal with. Wonderful customer service!
