I purchased my LifePro Legra Hand Massager over 3.5 years ago, and it has been a genuinely helpful part of managing my frequent hand and finger numbness. After multiple rounds of hand therapy, I’ve found that the firm compression combined with the gentle warming feature really helps with circulation and overall comfort. The vibration mode is on the lighter side, but the unit has still been very effective for me, and I’ve used it regularly for years. Recently, the device developed an intermittent charging issue, likely the USB-C port wearing out over time. I reached out to LifePro support, and I was impressed by how responsive and helpful they were. Pejay, the representative who assisted me, was fantastic. He communicated clearly, followed up quickly, and made the entire process smooth. Ultimately, it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced under the lifetime warranty, and the experience left me extremely impressed with the company’s commitment to standing behind their products. Great product, even better support.

I would love to give more than one star because the massager does give a great feeling massage - the heat and vibration aren’t much though. The problem is that the battery only held enough charge to run for barely an hour after the first charge (3-4 hours) and about thirty minutes after the second charge. Contacting the company was really not fun. I was treated like I was trying to scam them. I had to repeatedly prove that I had a unit they made, that I bought it, that it was shipped to my address and that it was paid for. When I finally proved those things I was told to fill out a “replacement request” and they would decide what to do in 2-4 business days. No guarantee that they would offer a replacement, just that they would consider my request. In all the correspondence, nobody ever admitted that the battery might be bad and it wasn’t until the last email that they finally said sorry “ that you're experiencing issues”. Basically, I received a massager with an obviously bad battery and their customer service was pretty much not service at all. There really is no lifetime warranty if they won’t refund or replace damaged goods. Thankfully, I figured out there was a problem before Amazon’s return window had closed and simply returned it to Amazon. I ordered another massager from a different company.

Nice well built air compression hand massager that effective at relieving stiffness and pain from repetitive tasks. The opening on the opposite end is thoughtful for those with larger/longer hands. Battery life seems adequate. More heat intensity would be beneficial but negatively impact battery life. the ability to operate while plugged in would also be nice.

I got a different brand of these initially and it was 20 or $30 less but it stopped charging after a month so I returned it and now I'm trying this one. So far I like it much better than the other one and I'd say it's worth the increased cost for sure. It's longer so the positioning on your wrist is much better. It's got quite a few different settings for intensity and modes. The heat works pretty well but the vibration is kind of meh so don't expect much from that part. The charge isn't great so you'll need to charge it every day possibly twice a day depending on how frequently you're using it. The other one I had was like that too though. My only complaints really is that you can't turn the volume down on the beeping when you push buttons and the beeping when it's done charging. It's unexpectedly loud and I wish there was a way to just disable the sounds. I still give it five stars though.

I have been using it every night since it arrived. I am enjoying it for what it is, but genuinely thought it was a massager, as in some sort of kneading or rolling ball, or something like that. I read the description and the reviews, and nobody seems to mention that it's only an air compressor. I have carpal tunnel in both hands and therefore cannot massage my own hands. I do believe this device helps with circulation and loosening up tension, but it isn't really a "massager," IMO. The vibration mode doesn't do anything enough to waste the battery time on it. I do like the heat feature, but it really does drain the battery. I don't mind that though bc I can charge it daily. I do like this product, just think that calling it a massager is a little misleading. Although I did notice that comparable products call theirs massagers too. It does feel good and is helpful, just not really what I was shopping for.
