I've been a fan of Art of Shaving for years. Nice kit. My favorite scent. I do recommend for man who enjoy wet shaving or are just getting into it, or just want a nice lather. Even though the the soap is already in a creamy paste way, I would still recommend a little water in a bowl or mug in order to get it to the perfect consistency for a nice lather.

Delivered on June 2, 2026. June 27, 2026: I finished using the small amount of shaving cream only in the lid's protective cover using their older model shaving brush. It only takes a touch of the wet bristles to the shaving cream to twice fully lather. A dime size of pre-shave oil covers all shaving areas. The after shave balm is also concentrated to cover the full face, forehead, face, and shaved areas with 3 squirts per side. This shaving kit has changed my shaving schedule of needing to shave feeling hair irritation to seeing my scruffy appearance. The Art of Shaving kit last for years without product decay as proved from previous purchases.

I’ve never had a better shave! Not only were the hairs on my face as short as I’ve ever seen them, it felt smooth and soft. Which is great because I’m in the army. Hairs were so small that I didn’t get a 5 o’clock shadow. And carries nicely into the next day. Still feels soft and smooth the next day I wake up. By far my best shaving experience. Definitely an expensive product but for the quality of shave that I get it’s unbeatable.

I buy this set for my husband every year for Christmas when it typically goes on sale. He is never disappointed to receive it. He loves all of these products, most especially the aftershave. I love how wonderful it smells. I have gifted it to various other family members over the years and each has expressed how nice it was to have an extra nice shaving experience each morning.
