I wrote a very postive review on this product. But u am helpless now to write about the refund policy. The product is good but just because it was very big in size, I had to return it. But, despite return approval, the guy who was supposed to come and pick up, he absolute denied to pick it up. He never came to pick up. His number was also given to me. I called him and so arrogantly that fellow tells me that , "number will be given, but i will not come to pick up. Some other guy may come. You contact customer care " When contacted customer care, it's completely robotic. Nobody contacts us back when put something to customer care. They insist us to chat, and it does not work well with the refund products. I don't know whom to contact now. I am helpless. I had to put up my thoughts here. If somebody is reading this from the amazon team, initiate the refund immediately. And take action on the fellow who was assigned the refund task.

As per the price it's high according to the product because it gets too rusty and in light weight overall good but not best

Very bad quality

Small size, good quality item.

Donot buy it due to its bottom is very thin and become black brunned , not easy to clean, cost is also high , can buy as a showpiece lookwise it is good ( not a durable product)

I found this iron utensil good and heavy. The quality is as expected. Value for money, easy cleaning. Good in appearance.

The item appears good. Look and finish is excellent. Hope the material remains good after 3-4 cooking. There is gray colour coating that needs to be washed before cooking, the coating is already sticking to fingers on rubbing. Adding water to kadai is leaving iron marks, which is not nice!
