I’m 6’1 200 lbs. what size ?

As large as it will go, you just have to especially if you are going to wear workout clothes underneath

what size is for a 5'3 245 woman?

Any size you choose the length is long and they're very slender in the legs. As for your question XL or larger.

What size for a 5' 2" 170 lbs woman?

I would suggest an XL or XXL But be careful there long in length. Unfortunately I haven't seen any for petite women. They usually size them as s-m-l-or xl.
