Buyers beware! These are great! If you have a handmade chalkboard however, KNOW THIS. They will be a pain to clean off. But thats kind of not a bad thing right! Can't have it both ways! These gravity fed liquid chalk markers may need 2 passes, but I promise you won't have giant puddles of color from having to push the tip down to re wet them! So before you leave a bad review try this instead! Take a fine peice of sand paper or block and go against the texture on your chalkboard. Did it leave dust? Then the markers aren't the problem! Trust me... I just did this. I made a chalk board out of an old picture frame with chalkboard paint from Walmart. It works great for the local Saturday open air market. If you read the directions on the can this all makes a little more sense! The cringe worthy chalk squeak we all remember from elementary school only happens on REAL slate chalkboards. Why? Because they are smoother than a babys bottom. Here's the takeaway.. take the time to properly finish your chalkboard creations and these markers will ABSOLUTELY NOT DISAPPOINT!!! But YOU CANT HAVE IT BOTHWAYS. ZERO PUDDLES or two passes. I LOVE THESE MARKERS AND THEY ARE BUDGET FRIENDLY!!!!! I would absolutely pimp these out every chance I got! The people that took all this into consideration making them, are also great! I got a message less than 24 hours after delivery to confirm that they arrived. We all know that bad deliveries happen and amazon just refunds your money. But because of that, people take advantage. And small business owners are a dying breed. I know this because I am one.
