Honestly, 5 stars is deserved for this product as I cant find any faults with it.I did a lot of research on multiple brands when I was choosing a weighted vest and everything kept coming to this particular item. Some review points:Vest does feel heavy to pick up and move around but is nicely distributed around the upper body once on.A good fit overall with very little movement while I exercise. The two chest straps make all the difference.Very well made and the quality of materials, shape and stitching is excellent. No fear of anything ripping or tearingComfort - I have worn the vest without anything underneath and it did not pinch or rub/irritate my skin at all.Looking on online, a weighted vest should ideally weigh between 5-10% of your body weight. I choose an option at the hight end of this range. When I put the vest on first, given how well the weight itself is distributed, I thought I have made a mistake going too light but it certainly has increased the overall effort need to achieve the same workout results without it on.Overall, very happy with this product and use it daily. Would definitely recommend this weight vest.Review Update:I have had the weight vest a year now and would still give this product a 5 star review.I use my weight vest daily (even several times a day) and still is in the same condition like the day it arrived. Every strap, stitch and seem are still perfect with no sign of wear and tear. The weight is still distributed nicely and has not shifted around.Honestly, despite daily use, I am still very impressed with this product and would definitely buy again when needed but I dont think I will need another one for a while yet given its quality

I’ve had the best for just over a month and have already lost some weight.I think in order to lose more I should probably use it more. Material is breathable, silky and durable. Can just be wiped clean after use. Easily adjustable as it has a strap that goes across the chest. Not too heavy either.I opted for the 5kg and was scared it might be too heavy for my back but it’s not. It takes getting used to as you can feel it’s there but I’ve noticed if O co tract my core muscles it helps me stay straight.

I bought this vest (9kg) back in march and have been wearing multi times a week for walking between 30 - 60 mins at a time. I LOVE IT! Best thing I've bought all year. The vest is great quality, comfortable to wear with adjustable straps. For context I am a size 16 woman with big b00bs.Comes with a pouch to put your phone / valuables. It has reflective strips which are helpful at night.I definitely feel like I've upped my walking game and can feel I've worked out afterwards in my glutes, hamstrings, shoulders and abs.I'm now considering buying the next weight up. Highly recommend.

Cant really fault the product other than value for money. Its well made, comfortable, adjustable, fits well, easy to use and adjust. The weight feels good and its distributed pretty evenly i feel ie. Not all on your front. However I saw a bery similar product in Aldi for three times less.

Im very happy with my weighted vest. I bought the 9kg which is just perfect for me. Its easy to put on and comes with easy to follow instructions on how to put on. I wear it around the house doing chores and when going out for walks. Its a perfect addition to my workout.

Been using this for a year now. I just love it. I’ve gained so much strength and better posture wearing this for my long walks. I bought the 7.3kg. I think I’m going to need an heavier soon. This one is getting easy.

I started running and working out with this forgot I’d have it on until I felt the extra burn. Only issue I have is when you use it next to skin you get a bunch of black residue on your body. also could be a bit heavier but you get what you pay for.
