What type of oil are these anchovies packed in?

The anchovies are packed in virgin olive oil. Ortiz anchovies themselves are far less salty than those packed in tins. We love 'em.

I see where it is confusing on the website. Because it is unavailable at this time there is no price. I bought 24 jars for $72 and shipping was around 8 bucks. You get a small "pitchfork" with it too. The anchovies are excellent.

Any feedback on the bones? I wanted to know if they have any bones, and if so, how many?

No, unlike the grocery store variety they are true fillets. As with any processing there may be an occasional few missed. I only tried two jars and both did not contain any bones. The flavor was OK, but I personally did not like the taste of the brand of olive oil they came in.
