For reference, I am 5'3, around 105lbs, 23in waist. I have a naturally longer torso, so this corset was not too long fr me personally.PROS:- one of the only waist trainers I found that came small enough to fit.- material is durable and does not stretch out as quickly as other trainers I've had.- affordable, great value for the quality.- I'm not sure if the results will last very long, but I feel that it helps with weight loss simply because it is so tight on my stomach. Makes me notice my fullness a lot faster!- helps my postureCONS:- the metal hooks are starting to pull from the material after a month of use.- while it doesn't get in the way of me sitting down, I would still prefer a shorter corset because of the constriction on my rib cage.- I wouldn't wear this under a tight dress.
