I bought this as a housewarming gift for a friend and it's the best gift I've ever given. My friend loved it and I'm very happy with how beautiful it turned out. I had concerns about having to pay for the item before seeing the finished product but customer service with this company is first rate. The whole process from the date I ordered it to the date it was delivered took just slightly over a week. This exceeded my expectations and I'm thinking of ordering one for myself! I highly recommend this product and seller.

Great customer service from this company!When the product arrived, it was a little different from what I expected. ( the water color affect was a bit different than what I was expecting)This was no fault of the company. It was entirely my fault, as I had approved the design. I contacted the company to ask if it was supposed to look like that. They informed me that it did, but their main concern was that I was happy with the purchase. They offered to send me another picture ( this time removing some of the water color affect) at no charge, and also they let me keep the original one. This company truly cares about their customers. This type of customer service is sadly lacking at most companies these days. I would recommend them to anyone.
