This baby monitor has some nice features and is intuitive to use. When you hit the menu button you see options for volume, brightness, pairing the camera, timer, and setting. There is a bar at the top that gives you the outside temperature and time, which is very convenient. You can Zoom and rotate the camera remotely. I found the picture to be pretty clear, even though we are looking through a pack and play screen. I haven't tried talking to the baby through the monitor, but my other children have and they love this feature. I have found the range to be good, as we can bring it anywhere in the house. When we take it out to the garage, the monitor tends to go into power-saving mode more quickly: probably because we are pushing the boundaries of its range, but this isn't a problem. Overall, I would definitely recommend this monitor. It's wonderful having the peace-of-mind to see and hear the baby from anywhere in the house. Edit: my monitor stopped charging and the manufacturer replaced it for free. Great customer service from Lynne at Vava!

Skeptical at first but after the item delivered, we love it so much! The monitor is huge with a clear picture even in the night vision feature and pretty loud. I love how i can turn the monitor side to side from a push of a button. The device is pretty sturdy and good quality too. It also has temparature check so you always know if the room is too hot or too cold for the baby. Will recommend this item to my friends and family who have little one/soon to be parents.

Within 6 months my VAVA monitor stopped charging and the monitor screen broke. Got a new one and within 6 months of that one the screen is all wonky and messed up and it will not hold a charge longer than 20 minutes. Would not recommend to any of my friends. The monitor screen breaks easily and the battery life does not last.

Love this monitor! We did have an issues with it no longer charging but thankfully, the issue was quickly resolved by the excellent customer service VAVA provided. We got a replacement monitor and are very pleased! Calandra was so great to work with!

The video quality is excellent, both during the day and at night thanks to the clear infrared night vision.
