I am 160lbs on short berber carpet. After 18 months of use, the mat is full of cracks and chipped out holes as to be useless. **Q: Does it ship flat in the box or roll up?** A: It does ship rolled up. Comes in a narrow box and will need to be flattened. I recommend placing heavy flat items on the corners for a few days. **Q: Why are you selling a different mat than the one that you have listed in the photo? are you scamming people by switching for a cheap alternative?** A: They definitely are cheap! **Q: Either on carpet** A: It will work on low pile carpet with out too much effort rolling around.
