So I got this to kind of reassure myself that no matter how much I try to clean them, the reality is just that my hearing is very poor. LOL! Anyways... This tool is pretty good for the money, I got it while it was on sale. The application to required use this device could be a little complicated if you don't understand technology well so I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have basic knowledge of how to use WiFi and bluetooth. The camera does have a little bit of a lag to it, but that's okay, it may actually be an issue within the app. It does a pretty good job of scraping the ears without hurting them. The silicone sleeves are easy to put on, and ensure that you don't scratch yourself with the bare metal. The silicone sleeves are somewhat textured and effective at removing earwax. However, be careful, because it does get very hot since there's a bright flashlight at the end, I wouldn't suggest using for longer than 10 or so minutes. The battery does run out kind of fast, but it's worth it. The design of both the tool and the application is good, the tool fits well in the hand and the application does have a "mirroring" effect for right vs left ear. Very useful to ensure you don't have to try and move "backwards."
