I bought this to help with stress and fatigue and I must say it works really well Very similar to L-theanine in its calming and relaxing effects, however stimulating I did one time become very tired after taking this, not sure if it was the rhodiola or something else, otherwise it's pretty stimulating and unlike caffeine you don't have a major crash afterwards It's like Guarana and L-theanine combined I'd say Great value for money

I take Rhodiola to help with stress at work and when my usual brand was unavailable I thought that I'd try these. I noticed that the effect was far more pronounced, so I checked and these are twice as strong as my usual brand. I would recommend these, but just not for me as the effect is too strong.

I've been taking this for a couple of weeks. I've not noticed any difference I will carry on taking them as it maybe something that needs to be taken overtime.

I play sports 1-2 times per week and rhodiola had extended my stamina to a point that I was wondering why, besides feeling tired, I could still run and jump etc.. I have never felt and headaches or other symptoms that some people complain about.
