Bee Free Sweet Mint Vegan Lip Balm with Candelilla Wax, 3 pack

I especially love The lemon lime vegan formula and the no scent formula. The lemon lime has no taste at all. It does not make my lips peel nor is it addicting the way other lip balm brands are. However I have run into trouble with the mint balm – it would appear I have a sensitivity to mint on my lips thus after a few uses it appeared as though I had double lips that were extremely red. I know many other people who use the mint and love it – just a cautionary tale if you have a sensitivity to mint. I also love this product to prevent or treat chapped nose and nostril areas. Now that I have used this brand there is no going back to any other. I love the lack of chemicals that are harmful. Also love it that they do their best in dealing with fair trade companies. It is just that good. Thanks for the great product!

I am allergic to beeswax so my lip balm selection is limited. And I also like mint's cooling effects as well. This delvers it all and keeps my lips moisturized for a long time. This is my second purchase. Will continue to buy; highly recommend.

I am SO HAPPY right now. Every lip balm makes my lips peel and none is worse than Burt’s Bees. A friend of mine makes lip balm (has beeswax, but not as much as Burt’s), he’s the one who told me that’s probably what was causing the chronic dryness and peeling. He was 100% correct. So, I set out to find a bee-free lip balm and tried this one. It’s wonderful!!! I got the 3-pack of berry flavors. One in the living room, one next to the bed, one in my purse. Perfect! I love the berry flavor. It’s just right. The texture and consistency is great. I’ve had two issues: the one in the living room somehow rose up inside the container and stuck to the inside of the cap. I was able to twist it back down, but it must have happened due to a temperature change? Idk. The cap on the one in the bedroom doesn’t snap shut. It wouldn’t stay on if I hadn’t kept the little piece of the label that sealed it on. I’m using that to keep the cap on & if it wears out, I’ll use tape. So, they need to fix their caps. The other two are fine. Bottom line: 10/10 recommend!

I was very excited to find a lip balm without beeswax and I bought the sweet mint three pack. My lips tend to get red and chapped in the winter if I don't use lip balm, but are usually okay for the rest of the year. I put this on once or twice a day, and my lips were fine throughout early spring and summer, although I haven't yet put it through the deep winter test yet. I didn't experience any stinging or irritation. I do think the balm I was previously using with beeswax was more protective and sturdy (had that waxy shield you know); this is a little thinner and more of a moisturizer than a preventative action (sort of feels like coconut oil on your lips, but less melty). I gave four stars because I really wish it was in a cardboard tube!! I'll keep looking for an alternative because I want to be plastic-free, but if you need an easy vegan lip balm this will do fine.

Probably the title says it all. This lip balm is vegan and cruelty-free, which is my first criterion. Then it also smells great w/out being all saccharine-assertive, just a calm minty hint in a nice not-waxy balm. It's not a lip gloss, it's not a lip color. It's a simple lip balm, hydrating and soothing. I first tried the Eco Lips trilogy pack that was one mint, one lemon-lime, and one superfruit. The mint is wonderful. The lemon-lime is wonderful. The superfruit does its job but the scent is something I would not choose again--cloying and in-yer-face. But do the lemon-lime and especially do the mint. Good stuff, this.

Alright so I was super excited to start using this - it’s super hard to find vegan chapstick. They smell super good so it was promising, it did feel super greasy on my lips but I still had to re-apply super often bc it would be super greasy and then just super dry out my lips after 30 minutes to an hour. BUT I was willing to overlook that stuff ….. Until I started getting acne around my mouth from the greasiness. I got 1 pimple and I was like ok it’s fine, it happens (except I haven’t had a lip pimple since highschool sooo not really). Few days later, there’s another, and another. And these are not small pimples. Dermatologist confirmed it was 99% chance it’s from this chapstick. Stopped using it and acne is going away & no more have formed yet. Use at your own risk.
