The product came cold with a little ice pack that was frozen upon delivery. It's winter in WI so maybe that helped, as others said there's was not cold. I've used this brand before but not this specific kind. I've found my constipation has gone away and I'm having the healthiest bowel movements I've had in years. I have not noticed it helping anything else yet, but I'm only in day 5. I'm very pleased with this product so far and will purchase again.

I was told to get the ones that you keep in your fridge. I like that they come in a mini cooler. They work well.

I'm happy with this product and have been using it for multiple years. The last three orders at least, have arrived with the ice pack not even cold. Only giving a higher Rating because I like the product but not impressed with shipping refrigeration.

This is the best product I’ve used for treating urinary tract infections. I get UTIs constantly. The doctor gives me antibiotics, it goes away, and then I get another one a few days/weeks later. They are extremely painful and seriously affect my life- the frequent urination especially. I ordered these. I used them a few times (insertion into the vagina) to maintain my health. They worked very well for prevention! Then, I stopped taking them for a while, a couple of weeks, for no particular reason. (I’m just bad at commitment to taking “medicines”). I started to get a UTI. I had to pee a lot at work, and when I went to do it, I had to strain before anything would happen. The burning was already started. When I got home, I inserted one of these into my vagina before I went to bed. By the morning, all of my symptoms were gone. I was amazed! Don’t hesitate to give these a try if you have frequent UTIs. I only insert them, so I can’t speak to whether they are effective orally.

I used to purchase this behind the counter at my local pharmacy, but it was getting more expensive. Since I'm unable to drive due to illness, it was also tough getting someone to pick it up once a month. Anyway, this is the EXACT same product I got at my pharmacy, for a few dollars less. Even though it ships at regular temp, the shipper added a couple ice packs to the packaging. Obviously they melted, but were double sealed. And the bottle says even up to two weeks out of the fridge is safe, so don't worry about that at all, especially if you've got Prime's 2-day deal. I LOVE Florajen3 - it helps keep my chronic oral thrush away, and I also discovered it's been clearing up a 'not so pretty' toenail. Probiotics are healthy for the guts, as our digestive system is kinda like a second brain - the good bacteria you're getting from each pill helps ward off the bad stuff and promotes better ... uhm, well, 'morning constitutions' if you catch my drift... :)
