These phones have EXCELLENT sound quality and are easy to use. I did not do the initial setup on the phones myself, my new home phone provider did, but after receiving them programmed, it was super easy to just plug in, turn on and make my calls. The sound quality is so much better than I anticipated, not only on my end but on the other end as well. Everyone says I sound crystal clear. The phone is sturdy too, I accidently dropped it from about 5 ft on to a hard tile floor and it didn't crack anywhere. I am impressed with these phones. I did buy the 'often bought together' bundle with the second handset so that I could have one upstairs and one downstairs.

Office user. For a lot of reasons I like previouse model- grey - of this phone than updated or black color one. Biggest issue i have is small key's, ear peace plug location and other. My recomandation by older model from Yalink, but defenetly stay with this company. 2 stars but due to duravility and avalability of older model i gave 4 stars.

This was purchased as a warehouse rover phone and provisioned into our Vonage VOIP system. Easy to provisions and worked perfect first time. Excellent sound quality while routinely 100' away from base in a warehouse full of metal racking.

This phone not working with Verizon

I was really looking forward to trying this, but am extremely disappointed that the two power adapters that were supposed to be included were missing. Now I have to process a return that may take up to 30 days.

Handset earphone speaker stopped working. Have to use speakerphone function to hear the caller/callee. Base works well with old and new handsets.

Product is not good. Charger/adaptor is missing for the base and phone. How to power on these phones when there is no adapters. I will return this product i read the reviews before but thought no problem lets try this but now i regret

I writing this review just after a few days of use. So, I can’t provide long term experience. Sound is clear, echo/noise cancellation works very well. Setup procedure with VoIP.ms was relatively easy (with some previous experience configuring VoIP phones), no surprises. Yealink site might be organized better, but I found User and Admin manuals using Google. BTW somebody in the reviews mentioned W73H extension doesn’t have 3.5mm headphones jack. This is not correct, it is there, just hard to find covered by rubber bay cover. So I am happy with this system so far.

This phone didn’t work at all. I wasted $250, and Amazon refused to take responsibility for a return. Very disappointed with Amazon’s customer service, not the seller. Buyers, be cautious!
