Envío rápido. Review: Great tasting energy mix - I'm incredibly happy I tried one of these energy packets. For years now I've relied on Gu, and while I never really had much to complain about, I wouldn't say I really enjoyed them. Plus, they didn't really make a lot of sense with the rest of my diet. These Spring packs, and especially the Long Haul flavor, are (1) tasty, (2) comprised of ingredients I prefer, and (3) effective for a long run/ride. I haven't tried following the different packs for different challenges suggested, but I'm usually just a one pack/hour kind of guy anyway. Only potential drawback might be that there's no caffeine, but that's easy enough to find with a stick of caffeine gum if that's what you're looking for. ## Features - For long runs and cycling - all natural - real food ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B01NCUQ4KQ | | Is Discontinued By Manufacturer | No | | Item Model Number | 864170000105 | | Manufacturer | Spring Energy | | Product Dimensions | 8.89 x 2.54 x 1.27 cm; 36.29 g | ## Images ![Spring Energy (Long Haul) - Gel - Real Food Sports Nutrition Gel for Endurance Exercise - No Sugar, Dairy, Artificial Flavours, or Preservatives - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/7199YHI0XJL.jpg) ![Spring Energy (Long Haul) - Gel - Real Food Sports Nutrition Gel for Endurance Exercise - No Sugar, Dairy, Artificial Flavours, or Preservatives - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71QczO+ONGL.jpg) ![Spring Energy (Long Haul) - Gel - Real Food Sports Nutrition Gel for Endurance Exercise - No Sugar, Dairy, Artificial Flavours, or Preservatives - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71OB-kLUVZL.jpg) ![Spring Energy (Long Haul) - Gel - Real Food Sports Nutrition Gel for Endurance Exercise - No Sugar, Dairy, Artificial Flavours, or Preservatives - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71AbA6H1e+L.jpg) ![Spring Energy (Long Haul) - Gel - Real Food Sports Nutrition Gel for Endurance Exercise - No Sugar, Dairy, Artificial Flavours, or Preservatives - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81V3MW6X1uL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: How many are in the box?** A: There are 20 pouch in the box **Q: How long do they last** A: If you mean how long does the “energy” last depends on the activity, duration, and intensity of the activity you do. Kept me going through a very hilly 70 mile charity ride - never came close to bonking. Highly recommended. ## Frequently Bought Together - Spring Energy Gel - Long Haul - 20 Ct - Sports Nutrition Energy Gels for Runners - Spring Energy - Awesome Sauce - Cinnamon Apple Pie Gel (Vegan) 180 Kcal - 20 Pack - Spring Energy- Speednut with Caffeine (50 mg) Vegan 235kcal -20 Ct - Sports Nutrition --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/385258875-spring-energy-long-haul-gel-real-food-sports-nutrition-gel](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/385258875-spring-energy-long-haul-gel-real-food-sports-nutrition-gel) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
