i have oily, sensitive and acne prone skin i usually get small zits on my chin almost everyday. with this toner i did not get any zits at all, would definitely repurchase!

Since I've started using it, it's affecting my already dry and sensitive skin and leaves it red, dry and flaky. I'm actually surprised and shocked and not sure if the extreme temperature damaged the product. Can I get an exchange or refund?
