Our McCormick Umami Seasoning with Mushrooms and Garlic Onion, 10.5 oz. contains sulfur dioxide (sulfiting agents). This product contains ginger and sulfur sticks are burned during the ginger drying process. This process helps to maintain its pleasing light color. Because the level of sulfites may exceed the 10ppm minimum standard, they are listed in the ingredient statement. ~JM
