This works!!!
I’ve tried a lot of lotions and creams for my feet. When my sister's podiatrist recommended this, I thought I would try it for myself. This delivers exceptional results for my cracked heels. What I like most is that it works without being greasy or overly thick. The consistency is perfect — easy to apply, absorbs well, and leaves my feet feeling soft and hydrated. Another big plus is that it has no smell, which I really appreciate. I use it every other day or sometimes every three days right after I get out of the shower, and it keeps my feet looking great. . My heels feel much smoother and I am absolutely ready for sandals. If you want a simple, effective foot cream that does exactly what it promises, this one is definitely worth trying.

Urea cream40%
I’ve been using this cream, and I’m really impressed with the results. It made my dry, rough skin much softer in just a few days. It works especially well on my heels and other dry areas. The cream absorbs nicely, and a little goes a long way. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone with very dry skin.

Cheap and effective - but took a while to be effective
I give this product 4.5 stars actually and that's largely because, while it is a good and effective product, I'm comparing it to my experience with prescription cream. So I have the heels of a monster, so much so there was **no way** i was taking and posting before and after pics. My heels become very dry and very cracked and basically covered in thick white calloused dried out skin every winter. Last year, I used a very, very expensive prescription gel that was 40% Urea and came in a tiny narrow vial that really shouldn't cost that much money. My insurance actually only covered a "cheaper" version of the gel (read: still expensive) and for whatever reason, it took the pharmacy a really long time to fill. But it took 2 days, seriously, 2 days, for my monster feet to look human. Within 5 days, I had enviable human feet - feet without callouses or cracks and looked perfect. So dubious as I was about the volume of medicine in that tiny, narrow vial - a little totally went a long way. I went to fill my second prescription and for whatever reason the pharmacy (Walgreens mind you) kept sending me messages that there was a delay and basically never filled it. I became frustrated and started scouring Amazon to see if I could find a reputable non prescription cream with 40% urea so I could bypass the pharmacy. Enter PurSources. The good: this foot cream is much cheaper, you get a lot more product and pay so much less - the free pumice stone and scrubber is a really nice touch, and thankfully the product shipped fast. The just OK: after using this cream mostly religiously for 2 weeks, I've achieved the result I got with the prescription in 2 days. Let me repeat - it took 2 weeks to make my feet look just dry and cracked and not monstrous in what the gel did in 2 days. Again tho, this stuff is cheap, and it DOES work, it just requires a lot more time for me personally. Right now my regimen is to put it on before bed and put on socks - a must because this stuff is sticky and tacky and leaves a weird dry crumbling residue so if you value your sheets, wear socks. When i wake and go to shower, I have to scrub this off my feet quickly so i don't slip in the tub (yup, slimy when wet). I use the pumice stone after everything is rinsed off and after my shower i lotion my feet with CeraVe and put on socks again. The upside is within 5 days I saw that the product was working and now that I'm rounding off 2 weeks, the difference is staggering. I just wish it would've happened faster for me. The not so great: I feel this is time consuming - it's kind of a pain to have this foot regimen but, if i want nice feet in lieu of a prescription, then this is it. Overall, again this is a good product but I wish it'd work faster on me. I'm probably a tough case though if not the toughest. I'm hoping by week 3 I'll have beautiful feet but we'll see. Fingers crossed.

This cream worked wonders on my feet
This cream worked wonders on my feet! Applied a generous amount and wore with socks for a few hours. My feet were noticeably softer and smoother after using it, and it helped with dry, rough skin. The results were amazing, and I highly recommend it.

By far the best for the money!
Awesome product! Smooths skin quickly, absorbs well, moisturizes well, doesn’t irritate my skin, fragrance minimal and doesn’t cause any issues, consistency is thick and smooths easily, good quality for the money, no crappy fillers so the quantity of product is great.

It's okay but haven't tried long term.
seems okay. I am trying it on my itchy age spots. I need to tray it longer. IT's not greasy, It is moisturizing, it is fragrance free, it is not leaky.

Heals skin, feels good, smells good
So far I’ve only had this product for two days, but I decided to try it on a skin rash that a different brand of lotion had given me. This was cured in a day! Still working on my heels and expect I need to make some changes (like not walking barefoot outside) before they’re fully healed. Will report back in awhile. The product does leave a powdery residue but this doesn’t bother me since my feet are in socks.

Amazing for SUPER problem skin
I have a couple of skin conditions (KP, ichthyosis) that mean my skin is... not great. My feet seem to be the absolute worst, to the point that I don't like wearing open-toed shoes or sandals because of self-consciousness. My favourite lactic acid, all-over lotion was discontinued or just isn't available here anymore, so I thought I'd give this a try just for the REALLY bad areas (heels, balls of feet). I've used it a grand total of FOUR times so far (twice after shower, twice just in the evening before bed) and I can't even explain the difference. The hard scale on the side of my feet is completely gone. The hard, cracking scale on my heels is about 80% gone with nothing else being done. I have literally never in my adult life (or, for that matter, much of my childhood) had feet this smooth. The cream is a bit sticky, which is not appealing, but I will 100% put up with that for the results I'm seeing already! I wouldn't say it's sheer, and it's not cheap (not the most expensive out there, either, but more than I'd want to spend if it needed replacing every other week), which is why I dinged a bit there, but overall, it is absolutely worth the money. You really only need a small amount, you can always add more, but it's not exactly fast-absorbing, so don't count on it to rub in nicely if you apply too much! Also, sorry, but the pumice stone is useless. If you're the sort of person who can get by with just pumice, you probably don't need this high of a concentration of urea. Not sharing photos because, let's be honest, no one wants to see the "before." :)

Nothing special
A bit expensive and not really good. I prefer the 20% urea cream from my local pharmacy which seems to do a better job on my dry skin than this one.
