Not ergonomically and it causes back to hurt

Awesome chair, great quality, super comfortable and sturdy for a big (or small) person. Very easy to assemble. Have back issues, but this chair is ergonomically supportive. Wonderful to see a company make products that take all shapes and sizes into account. Ordered this for my work office and will be ordering for my home office.

The only thing that was good was the color. The shipping box had holes in it. Should have been double box. The chair put together is not level. I took it apart a couple of time and put it back together and well it does not set level and the arms are not level either. Looks like the jig used to build the frame of the chair before its covered was not done well. Save your money and buy something different.

I’m sure the chair would’ve been nice but I Received defective parts. Never received the replacement parts.

Would not buy again. User is 6”3 and it’s too tall for him.

I really this chair, it's designed for big and tall but I love having a roomy chair. You definitely need two people to put the back and seat together. It was a struggle but I got it done. Otherwise it goes together easily.

Everything is horrible about this chair. The color is wrong, the chair is NOT LEATHER even though the description says it is. Horrible customer service.
